THE INDUSTRIAL STORE offers free shipping for any order whose subtotal reaches $99 or more, before taxes, anywhere in Canada. Below this threshold, shipping charges calculated based on weight and destination are added at checkout. The exact amount is always shown to you before you confirm your order.
Delivery times
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, expect it to typically take 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your region. Remote regions may require additional time. These times are provided for guidance only and may vary during peak periods.
