Terms and conditions
These terms of sale govern every order placed with THE INDUSTRIAL STORE, in store and on autravail.ca. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of sale apply to all product sales between THE INDUSTRIAL STORE, located at 565-2 rue Principale, Granby (Quebec), and its customers. By confirming an order on autravail.ca, the customer acknowledges having read these terms and accepts them without reservation.
2. Orders
Every order placed online is confirmed by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee its shipment. THE INDUSTRIAL STORE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious pricing error or a prior dispute with the customer. An order may be cancelled as long as the final shipment has not been processed with the carrier.
3. Prices, taxes and availability
All prices displayed on autravail.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) are added at checkout, at the rates in effect. Product prices and availability may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, THE INDUSTRIAL STORE reserves the right to cancel the affected order and fully refund the customer.
4. Payment
Online payment is made by credit card via Stripe or by PayPal. The transaction is processed securely and encrypted by these providers. The order is deemed firm only after payment is confirmed. No complete card information is stored by THE INDUSTRIAL STORE.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped across Canada, mainly by Purolator. Delivery is free for any purchase of $99 and up. Delivery times are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a firm commitment; THE INDUSTRIAL STORE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. Transport-related risks are transferred to the customer when the parcel is handed to the carrier. For more details, see our free shipping page.
6. Returns and refunds
The terms for returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our refund policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
7. Warranty
Our products benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty as well as our satisfaction guarantee. The terms are detailed on our warranty page.
8. Liability
THE INDUSTRIAL STORE takes great care to describe its products. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only, and slight variations in color or finish may occur. Our liability is limited to the price of the products purchased. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose protective equipment suited to their working conditions and to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
9. Intellectual property
All elements of the autravail.ca site (text, images, logos, trademarks) are the property of THE INDUSTRIAL STORE or its partners. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and by the federal laws of Canada that apply therein. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Bedford, Quebec.
